New Student Registration Information
All families who are new to the Tri-Valley School district should complete the following packet:

Complete and return the below forms as soon as possible.
Please include two pieces of mail with in-district address (not required for those requesting open enrollment)
If open enrolling, please complete the open enrollment request form and return that to the school office.
Families who are interested may complete a free and reduced lunch form at the start of each school year.
