    Early Childhood Screening

    Early Childhood Screening

Tri-Valley’s Early Childhood Screening is scheduled for Friday, March 22, 2019, at the Tri-Valley school. The screening is available at no charge for children ages 0-5. Online scheduling is available ONLY for the 3-5 year olds by using the Registration link below. Children ages birth to three, please call 446-3538 or 543-5500 to register with Mrs. Bunde in the Elementary Office. Each year, the Tri-Valley School District provides an opportunity for parents to bring their young children to a screening session to help determine if there is a need for early intervention. Many times the screening finds children with potential delays who were born prematurely, had frequent ear infections as a small child, birth trauma, slow motor development, behavior and attention difficulties, or slow language development. Parents are welcome to contact the school at any time when a problem arises.

“Child Find” is also being conducted for the Tri-Valley area to identify individuals under 21 years of age who may be in need of special education services and who are not currently receiving services. Contact the school for an appointment.
