All Families Need to Set Up a Lunch Account
The method for monitoring your child's lunch account balance and the way in which your deposit money electronically into the account have changed. You will now need a Parent Portal Account in Infinite Campus (the same software many of you have used to monitor your child's grades) to monitor the account balance. See these instructions on how to get an account and where to find the account balance within Infinite Campus. There are also a few settings that need to be updated in the payment software, eFunds. See these instructions on how to get your children into this system and how to set up your payments. The electronic application for Free and Reduced Meals is now available. If you have any questions, please contact our business manager, Brian Andersen at firstname.lastname@example.org or 605-543-5500. These directions will be permanently housed under the Students link, Forms section at the top of this web page, for future reference.

"Low Balance" Lunch Account Policy Adopted
Tri-Valley has implemented a policy to address lunch accounts with low balances. Students will be receiving hand stamps and parents will be notified via email when their child's lunch account balances drop below $15 and once a $0 balance is reached the student will be allowed 5 "low balance" meals. If, after the 5th "low balance" meal the account still has a negative balance, the student will need to bring a lunch from home. The policy also addresses insufficient fund checks and collection procedures for accounts with negative balances. Please refer to the full 2014-2015 Lunch Account Funds policy for further information. Direct any questions to the Business Manager, Brian Andersen, via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (605-446-3538).
