Special Education Department Document Destruction  Print

The Tri-Valley Special Education Department will be making room in their filing system this summer by destroying old special education documents.  It is the school's policy to hold onto these records for seven years past each student's anticipated graduation date.  Therefore, all educational files of students who did, or would have, graduated in 2005 and attended all or part of their educational experience at Tri-Valley School will be destroyed after May 31, 2012.  Any person wishing to request their records instead of allowing them to be destroyed should contact Tri-Valley School.
