Congratulations goes out to Mandy DeWitt and her Tri Valley art students as they took 1st place in the Class A State Visual Arts competition held in Rapid City this weekend.
Due to the track conditions and lack of gym space next week Middle School boys track will start on Monday, March 27th. The will meet in the Middle School gym after school.

Tri-Valley 6-12th grade Choir Concert is tonight (Tuesday, March 14th) at 7:00 pm in the High School Gym. The special meeting is for an executive session for the purpose of a contract negotiation.
Tonight's 5th - 12th grade band concert has been postponed until tomorrow night. The concert will begin at 7:00 pm in the Tri Valley High School gym.
Reminder to parents and students....Tri-Valley School District will have a full day of school on Friday, March 10th to makeup a snow day. Please plan accordingly!
The Tri Valley boys basketball team will begin Region 3A play Tuesday, February 28th at 7:00 pm at Dell Rapids. The Mustangs and Quarriers will tip-off at 7:00 pm in the Dell Rapids high school gym. The Tri Valley vs. Tea boys basketball games scheduled for Thursday, February 23rd has been cancelled.
The Tri-Valley School District will be closed on Thursday, February 23rd.
The Girls Region 3A basketball game scheduled for Thursday Night has now been moved to Saturday, February 25th at 2:00 pm at SF Christian High School. The game will be live streamed by Big Sioux Media.
Last week, the Tri-Valley School District held an open house meeting regarding the current building projects.

Because tonights game is under the SDHSAA only region 3A passes will be accepted. School and conference passes will not be accepted.
Due to the forecasted weather the Region 3A Girls Basketball game between Tri Valley and MC/M has been moved up to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 21st. Tri Valley will be hosting this game and it will be livestreamed by Big Sioux Media.
There will not be a boys C game at Baltic on Monday, February 20th. The JV game will start at 6:15 pm with the Varsity game to follow.
Reminder that today (Thursday, Feb. 16th) is an 1:00 dismissal for all students for Parent Teacher Conferences.
Elementary teachers hold conferences in their classrooms at scheduled times.
Intermediate teachers will be in the middle school gym from 2:30-8:00 p.m. on a drop in basis.
High school teachers will be in the high school gym from 2:30-8:00 p.m. on a drop in basis.
Daycare for children ages birth through 10 will be available in the Multipurpose Gym.
